| A. No. Contour Realty is a fully licensed, full-service real estate company staffed with experienced Realtors®, just like the traditional real estate companies. |

| A. Yes. When you list your home with Contour it will appear in your local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other popular Internet real estate sites. The Contour team will Email details about your home to our large database of prospective buyers and have digital photos of your home accessible from our website 24/7. Combined with the intensive networking within the Contour Realty team of
consultants, your home will get all the attention it would from a full-cost real estate
salesperson. |

| A. Yes. The Contour Realty Relocation Coordinator can help you find an experienced Realtor in your new neighborhood as well as obtain pre-approved financing. |

| Q. I'm a buyer. Can Contour Realty help me? |
| A. Yes. Our experienced Realtors® can help you find the perfect home, and we never charge buyer's agent fee. The seller pays our commission, which allows us to provide you full, legal representation free-of-charge. |

| Q. Are Contour Realty Agents Licensed? |
| A. Yes. Each of our Agent team members is licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate, just like the salespeople at the big franchises. |

| Q. Who handles all the paperwork? |
| A. We do. Your Contour Realty agent will take care of all the paperwork including the purchase/ sale contract(s), required documents, mandatory disclosures and important reports/ inspections. |

| Q. If I decide Contour Realty is not a good fit for me, can I opt out? |
| A. Yes. If our service is not for you, that's o.k... Unlike the large, full-cost franchises, Contour does not require you to commit to a 6-month listing contract. As long as you’re not in active sales negotiations or you’ve not accepted an offer you can cancel your listing at anytime (some additional conditions may apply.) |
