A refund of commissions is available to sellers of real estate who close
escrow with Contour Realty acting as their sole and exclusive agent in the sale. Listing clients are charged a listing commission of 1% of the selling
price. This commission will be refunded if the following terms are meet:
Listing client purchases another home represented by a Contour Realty
agent or a referred agent to represent them and closes escrow on this purchase within 6 months of their competed sale (settlement date.) In addition, listing clients are required to obtain financing from one of our affiliated mortgage companies unless services are unavailable for any reason defined by our affiliates, or in cases where no financing is required. Failure
to meet any of these requirements will constitute forfeiture of the 1% listing commission. Seller is not entitled to a rebate on any bonus or any other additional incentive monies paid (if any) to Contour Realty over and above the cooperative broker commission. |

| Contour Realty, Inc. guarantees your satisfaction and offers a money-back guarantee. While acting as your real estate home selling or buying agent, we guarantee that we will meet your service expectations. If, upon close of escrow you feel we have not met your service expectations, send us a letter within 45 days of close-of-escrow explaining how we let you down and we will refund your administration fee of $295. Please include complete transaction information and as much detail as possible. We strive to meet every client’s goals and expectations – if we did not meet yours, we want to here about it. |
